Qwizbee is an online tool for building, hosting and playing live quizzes. You use it via a browser; no installation is needed.

These conditions apply to everyone who uses Qwizbee: hosts with an account and players who join a game without one.

You need an account to build and host quizzes. You provide a valid email address and keep your password secret.

You are responsible for what happens through your account. If you think someone else has your password, reset it immediately via "Forgot password?".

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must agree to these conditions.

Some features require a paid subscription (Pro or Business). Prices are shown on the pricing page, VAT included where applicable.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We store no card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time via your plan page; you keep access until the end of the paid period. After a cancellation no new month is charged.

Use Qwizbee for quizzes, games and gatherings. Do not use it to harass, threaten or discriminate against others, to spread illegal content, or to disrupt the service.

Images and audio you upload are your responsibility. Do not upload material you have no right to use.

We may remove content and block accounts that break these rules.

The quizzes, questions and media you create stay yours. You give Qwizbee permission to store and show them, technically, to run the service — for example showing a question on the players’ screens.

If you delete a quiz or your account, this permission ends and your content is removed.

We aim for a service that simply works, but we cannot promise uninterrupted availability. We may take the service offline briefly for maintenance.

We may change or stop (parts of) Qwizbee. If a feature you pay for disappears, you may cancel and get the unused part of the month back.

Qwizbee is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost data, lost profit or a disrupted quiz night.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to what you paid us in the past twelve months.

We handle your data with care and collect as little as possible: your email address, your quizzes and anonymous usage statistics. No trackers follow players.

You can request a copy of your data or the deletion of your account at any time via the contact address below.

We may update these conditions. Significant changes are announced in the service or by email. By continuing to use Qwizbee after a change you accept the new version.

These conditions fall under Dutch law. Disputes are first presented to each other; if that fails, the court in the operator’s district decides.
